SHIPPING
PROCEDURES for Canada
We do not ship Bonsai
containers, Bonsai trees in Pottery containers can not be shipped through Canada
Post. Private carrier only.
Canada Post
To
obtain a quote on
the Shipping cost
for plants we need
your Postal code and
the size of the
intended order.
Canada Post
calculates shipping
cost using a
combination of
parcel size and
weight, so in
general small plants
will fit in between
larger ones and will
not significantly
increase shipping
cost.
We ship plants
generally Nursery
container removed in
a plastic bags, if
necessary excess
soil (for the larger
ones) removed,
packed in wood chips
or moss, to reduce
shipping size and weight unless otherwise requested. Express Post will
ship to most major
cities in two to
three days. Expedited
Post will take
longer. We ship most
of our Orders with
Expedited Post. We
will not ship during
the coldest part of
the Winter east of
B.C. which usually
last till mid April.
We do not accept
credit cards over
the internet, (at
the Nursery only in
person) however you may be able to pay via
interact direct
We
will calculate the
shipping cost and
advise of total cost
including shipping
and taxes as soon as
we have received your final
order.
There
is a $50.00
minimum for
all mail order
purchases.
We accept payment by Check,
interact direct or money order and will ship when the Check has cleared or
immediately with Email Money Transfer, money order or certified check.
